Lorraine’s background in retail management and human resources led her to Bredin in 2014 where she began working as a Career Coach in the Bredin Employment Centre program.

She has worked in several of Bredin’s programs including the Career Development unit where she assisted clients who were looking for employment. The commonality in all three different career paths is customer service which Lorraine is passionate about.

Having been a client of Bredin’s prior to working there, Lorraine is able to relate to clients and can provide extra insight. With more than five years of experience working with many of Bredin’s programs including Building Information Modelling, CareerLink and Bredin Employment Centre, Lorraine has assisted many clients find fulfilling employment, provided them with skills to assist them in making informed choices about their future and celebrated the wins along the way.
