Important Updates for Canadian Language Benchmark (CLB) 5 - 8 LINC Learners
Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) has announced that it will be ending Stage II language for newcomers across Canada in 2026. This means that the current LINC Classes for Stage II learners (Canadian Language Benchmark 5-8) will no longer be available to register after April 2026 at Bredin Centre for Career Advancement.
If you would like to provide feedback or comments on the ending of Stage II language, you can do so by visiting the IRCC website.
We will continue to keep you updated on any further developments and will work closely with IRCC to ensure a smooth transition.

Newcomers to Canada 18 years of age or older and approved for permanent residence.
