Introduction
Give your job search an edge in today's competitive market and find the right opportunity for you with CareerLink. Working collaboratively with our expert career coaches and employment outreach specialists, you will receive personalized assistance to understand the changes in the labour market with ease.
If you are unemployed, underemployed (working less than 20 hours a week), or are at risk of losing your job, we are here to assist you.
Employment Services
Our services are built around your occupational needs. We are here to help you get back to work with support at every step. Join our group sessions and Job Club meetings to focus on job search strategies, understand the changing labour market, and revise and optimize your resume and cover letter.
Upskilling and Training
Depending on your occupational goal, we can help fund short courses or safety training. These courses close skill gaps, help meet employer requirements, and unlock opportunities for you. After you are hired, we also provide employment readiness support to help you start your new job.
Connection to Employers
In addition to the job search support you will receive from our employment outreach team, you will also get access to Thrive, which matches your skills to job ads, improving your chances of a callback. If you are exploring a career change, we can connect you with employers who offer unpaid work experience to help you assess fit.
