Kam Rizvi is a seasoned technology and business leader with more than 25 years of experience driving transformation across enterprise organizations.
Recognized for strategic vision and execution excellence, he has led major initiatives in digital transformation, enterprise risk management, operations, and technology modernization. Kam has held senior leadership roles, including Vice President of Information & Digital Technologies at All Weather Group, Chief Information Officer at Cashco Financial, and Director of Information Technology at ClearStream Energy Services. His expertise spans corporate governance, strategic planning, vendor management, M&A integration, and building high-performance teams. Kam holds an MBA from Athabasca University and a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Systems, as well as several professional designations, including PMP, RMP, ITCP, and ISP. In addition, Kam has served on various Boards and Committees, including as Chairman of the Board at Allen Gray Continuing Care Center, Vice President, Committee Chair, and Board Director at Allen Gray Continuing Care Center, and Director-Board Member at Drive Happiness Seniors Assisted Transportation.
Kam joined the Bredin Board in January 2025 and serves on the Governance and HR Committee.
