Debbie holds a CPA designation from CPA Canada, BA from the University of Cape Breton, and is currently completing her MBA through the Australian Institute of Business.

Over the past 21 years, Debbie has seen the growth of Bredin from a single location to the current 4 locations across Alberta. Debbie has supported the organisation through change and has helped to launch new programs and created an internal control structure for Bredin. “I’m honoured to lead such a unique, dynamic and growing organization”, said Debbie. “You can feel the power of what we do for our clients and the community we build for those having trouble connecting to the labour market. There is no better feeling then making a difference in the lives of those we work with by showing we care.”
