Are You Facing Homelessness?

Have you been evicted? Are you unsure of what to do next? You may qualify for assistance through the PATH Program. PATH is intended to improve the self-sufficiency of individuals and families facing eviction, are recently homeless and those at imminent risk of homelessness.

Housing Support

We will assist with applications for housing and lease agreements, provide housing financial assistance when appropriate, and provide move-in support and orientation to the neighbourhood.

Day to Day Living

Our services assist in supporting individuals with employment options and support and apply for Income Support, AISH, and other funding. PATH can assist with budgeting, personal management and rental maintenance.

Community Connections

We offer support and assistance to connect with a variety of resources throughout the community.
