The WorkSkills Program is a 16 week Integrated Training Program that helps you to develop workplace Essential Skills needed to find employment in the Customer Service field through step by step career planning process. The program focuses on learner strategies rather than the traditional classroom. These strategies help you identify opportunities in the Customer Service Industry. You will develop individual and employment preparation skills that you can apply in the workplace.

Steps in the process
- Employability Skills Assessment
- Career Planning/ESPORT, the Essential Skills Portfolio (assessment and planning tool to help you prepare for entry level occupations) - 1 week
- Essential Skills Enhancement (specific skill development in Customer Service, computer training, WHMIS training and First Aid Training) - 8 weeks
- Employment Preparation Skills Training (Introduction to Job Search, Industry Research, Cold Calls and Employment Standards, Resumes, Interview Skills, Mock Practices, Cover Letters and References, Hidden Job Market and Networking, portfolios) - 1 week
- Work Experience Placement - 4 weeks
- Supported Job Search - 2 weeks
- Job Retention Support - 6 months
