• Demonstrate professional behaviour in the role of a Human Services Worker
• Provide quality service and competent care
• Have the values, ethics and communication skills necessary for this field
• Have the skills required to meet the personal care and health needs for individuals
• Have an understanding and awareness of issues, advocacy and rights for individuals
• Have the skills to assist in developing and integrating individuals into their community
• Have satisfied and completed all employer-required training for entry into this field
• Effectively job search, gain and maintain long-term employment as a Human Services Worker
